1. What challenges did you encounter while trying to get close, capture real moments, and capture action or emotion? How did you deal with these?
Every time i saw someone really focusing on there work or paying close attention i would go to take a photo but when i got up close they'd either hide or smile at the camera. I delt with them by waiting a good 5 minutes in the back of the room and then when they weren't paying attention i rushed to shoot the shot.

2. What technical aspects of photography (focus, exposure, composition) did you find yourself thinking about the most, and how did you make sure you did these correctly?
Focus i wasn't sure about the exposure but i kept it on A but the main thing i worried about was the focus of the lens. I would take my time to take the photo's and get good focus but of course by then there hiding.

3. Describe how you attempted to use at least one of the advanced composition techniques when you shot.
I got up close and at a good angel so it wouldn't be to exposed and i focused on what the focus was on the camera so it wouldn't come out blurry.

Bob Rosato's Favorite Shots

Focal length of lens -15mm
Shutter Speed -1/1600
What is the effect of shooting at this shutter speed?Fast shutter speed captured the car so it wasnt blurry.
Aperture-2.8-Fisheye
What is the effect (Depth of field) of shooting at this aperture? a big aperture was used for this shot because you can see the car's way in the background but its focused on the one car. You can see the depth of the street and the lines.

Framing

Lines

In this photo, the lines of the flag and of the building lead to the soldiers at the top of the building.

Frame
In this photo, the frame to me is perfectly filled. Both men's faces weren't cut of and you can feel the experison and the emotions in our presidents face.

Balance

In this photo, I see not only balance but lines. Balance because it seems symmetrical on both sides do the the flags. I see lines because the lines on the flags looks as if there going towards the man and the pillars in the background make you focus on the man.

Simplicity

In this photo, I see not only simplicity but there also filling the frame. Simplicity because during 9/11 the father and the Young girl had to stand there and watch as people were dying and couldn't do a thing about it. Also filling the frame because there both evenly in there and you can also see other people in the picture.

Rules of Third line
In this photo, I see the rules of the third line but also as filling the frame. The third lines because the man is in the right side of the lines, enough to see the pillar, and enough to see what was left behind. Filling the frame because the pillar seems up close and nothing else is cut off.
