i think this one is the best photo because it fits the criteria, it has motion because her hands are in the photo and moving, it's framed well there isn't not to much empty space in the background, and its at a good angle.

The photo to the left i think isn't good because it isn't centered in the middle of the frame, and it's at a straight angle so he's face doesn't look 3D.
